1. Exams are valid for 1 year from the date they are assigned, except for promotional exams.


2. Associate, Professional, and Expert exams must be administered through Autodesk/Pearson VUE. Exam scheduling can be completed through “OnVUE” remote exams, supervised online by a Pearson proctor. Policies and support are provided by Pearson VUE, and are the responsibility of each user. Any issues with the exam process must be addressed through Pearson VUE support. 


3. All users must take the exam using an Autodesk account.


4. Exams are non-refundable and cannot be extended once they reach their expiration date. CUBUS is not able to provide any extensions or refunds.

2. Los exámenes Asociado, Profesional y Experto, deben aplicarse a través de Autodesk/Pearson Vue. La programación de los exámenes puede ser realizada por “On Vue” exámenes remotos, supervisado por un Proctor de Pearson forma en línea. Las políticas y soporte son proporcionadas por Pearson Vue, y es responsabilidad de cada usuario. Cualquier inconveniente con el proceso del examen, debe ser gestionado a través del soporte de Pearson Vue.  


3. Todo usuario debe realizar el examen usando una cuenta Autodesk.


4. Los exámenes no son reembolsables ni tienen opción a extensión de tiempo, una vez alcancen su periodo de expiración. ETC Iberoamérica, no podrá realizar ninguna extensión ni devolución.
